 PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE CLAIMS

It is just not supposed to happen this way. You trust your insurance agent and you pay your premiums. Unfortunately, millions of honest policy holders have their legitimate property damage claims denied every year. It does not seem right that you should have to suddenly fight to get the money damages you are entitled to, but it is often the case.

If you have had an insurance claim denied, hiring the right lawyer can make a difference.  Jabro & Associates, A.P.C., has helped many policy holders to fight back against insurance companies that work in bad faith with the paying public. Our insurance litigation attorneys know how the California State Insurance Department regulates the insurance industry and we know how to prepare strong, clear evidence to help you obtain the money you are relying on. We know that you do not pay insurance premiums just so the insurance company can build another skyscraper. You need your claim processed, and we are ready to help.

We have extensive experience helping people recover money damages in bad faith insurance and denied claims lawsuits such as:

• Bad Faith insurance litigation
• Denied auto and homeowners property damage  claims
• Denied property insurance policy
• Illegal policy limitations on insurance coverage
• Fire damage claims

If you have grown frustrated with trying to get a legitimate property damage claim paid by your insurance company, filing a lawsuit may be your only option. Too many insurance companies seem to have an unwritten rule that if they keep saying no to policy holders, the claim will eventually go away. That is not what you have been paying premiums for. Insurance companies that deal in bad faith must be shown that the law is on often on the side of the policyholder.

Do not give up on a property damage insurance claim without talking to an experienced insurance litigation lawyer at Jabro & Associates, A.P.C.  Contact our offices for a free consultation about your insurance litigation case.  Our firm is ready to help you with all insurance litigation and claim dispute needs. PERSONAL INJURY

Automobile Accidents

In almost all states, the law requires automobile insurance for every road-worthy vehicle. Automobile insurance is provided to people so that if they are involved in a car accident, the insurance company will provide coverage for financial consequences to the other party's losses.  There are many different types of auto insurance available. When you are seeking auto insurance, it is a good idea to look at many different insurance companies, comparing coverage and rates, to find the type of car insurance that is best for you.

There are two main types of automobile insurance:

1. First party to insure you and your property, and
2. Third party auto insurance to cover other people and their property.

If you are involved in a car accident and you are held liable, your car insurance policy will pay for the losses of the other party if you have third party insurance. If you only have first party insurance, then you may be required to pay for damages to the other party directly.

If you are involved in a car accident that was not your fault, you and/or your insurance company can seek compensation from the other party and/or their insurance company. If this occurs, your insurance company may be involved in the investigation to prove the car accident was not your fault.

Automobile insurance companies can be difficult to deal with, and their associated insurance policies can be very confusing.   After an auto accident, it is the job of the insurance company to investigate the auto accident and determine how much compensation you should be paid. The insurance adjuster will talk to you about the auto accident and what damage resulted from the auto accident.  Keep in mind that the job of the insurance adjuster is to save the insurance company as much money as possible. This means they will attempt to have you admit fault, accept a small amount of compensation, or avoid hiring a lawyer.

Unfortunately, while an insurance adjuster may act as though they want the best for you, they don't work for you. They work for the insurance company. The best way to deal with insurance adjusters is to hire an experienced auto accident lawyer and let your auto accident lawyer handle the insurance adjusters directly.

When meeting with an insurance adjuster, you should always have an experienced auto accident lawyer present. This will make the insurance adjuster take you more seriously, and, at the same time, your auto accident lawyer can offer valuable advice while responding to the insurance adjuster, as well as act as a witness to the conversation.

An auto accident can be a very serious situation, and an insurance adjuster may attempt to make your losses seem as small as possible. This is unfair to you. You deserve to be wholly compensated for your losses after an auto accident.

Being involved in an auto accident can leave you physically harmed as a result of another person's negligence, but your car may also be damaged. An auto accident claim involves two different parts:

Personal Injury Claim

The personal injury claim seeks to compensate you for damages that occurred as a result of being physically injured during the auto accident.

Property Damage Claim

The property damage claim seeks to compensate you for the damage that occurred to your property, or car, from the auto accident.  The property damage claim following an auto accident often presents complex problems for the person who is filing the claim. Not only might you be dealing with injuries sustained from the auto accident, but your car may also be inoperable.  In order to compensate you for your property damages, you may file a claim against your insurance company or the other driver's insurance company depending on which driver was liable for the auto accident and what type of insurance coverage you have.  After you have filed your auto accident property damage claim, the insurance company will have your car appraised to determine the pre-auto accident value, as well as the cost of repairs to your car. Often after a claim has been filed, the insurance company will only compensate you for the lowest repair estimate amount.  Filing a property damage claim with the insurance company can be difficult. Not only will it require visits from insurance adjusters, but, without the proper assistance from an experienced auto accident attorney, you may not receive the right amount of compensation.

An experienced auto accident lawyer will be able to help you after you've been in a serious car accident. Not only are they familiar with the insurance claims process, but they will also help you determine what losses you have suffered.  If you have been involved in a car accident, contact one of the experienced auto accident lawyers at Jabro & Associates, A.P.C. today. Our experienced attorney will evaluate your auto accident claim during your free initial consultation.
